How subscriptions work

When you subscribe, you choose a bag size and a delivery schedule of every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Your subscription renews automatically: we will charge the payment method on file and ship a new order on each scheduled date until you cancel.

Pricing

Subscription orders receive 10% off the one-time price and ship free to the lower 48 United States. The price you are charged is shown at checkout and in your account. If our prices change, we will notify you by email before your next order is charged.

Managing your subscription

You can skip a delivery, pause, change your delivery schedule, or cancel at any time by logging in to your account. To change your bag size, call or text 563-379-2554 or email support@feedyourbestfriend.com. Changes must be made before your next order is processed to apply to that order.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account, with no fees or minimum number of orders. Cancelling stops all future orders. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
