Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Shipping cost

Subscription orders ship free. Shipping for one-time orders is calculated at checkout based on your address and order.

Processing time

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Delivery time after shipment depends on your location and the carrier.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically on the delivery schedule you select (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and ship within 2 to 3 business days of processing.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, call or text 563-379-2554 or email support@feedyourbestfriend.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
